Service Request and Scheduling
1.1. To request a service, you can contact us through our website, phone, or email.
1.2. We will make our best effort to schedule an appointment that is convenient for you. However, appointment availability is subject to our service team’s schedule.
1.3. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your garage door issue
1.4. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the driveway and garage area are clear of any items and vehicles prior to our technician’s arrival. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling the appointment or additional charges for the time required to clear the area.
2.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
2.2. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be determined based on the nature of the service and our team’s incurred costs.
3.1. We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a one-year warranty on parts that we supply and install, excluding sensor alignment and single springs not replaced in tandem on multi spring setup.
3.2. Warranty for repairs will be determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated to you at the time of service by your technician.
3.3. Sensors alignment is not covered under warranty due to the nature of the sensors and their sensitivity to external factors, such as environmental changes or physical obstructions.
3.4. Weather stripping and rubber seal are not guaranteed to be weather tight, under warranty, as they are influenced by factors such as the settling of the building, frame or concrete, climate, and maintenance.
3.5. In the event of a warranty claim, please contact us promptly. We will assess the issue and, if covered under warranty, repair or replace the affected parts accordingly
No Show Policy
4.1. We strive to maintain prompt and reliable service.
4.2. If our technician arrives at the scheduled appointment time and no one is present or available to grant access to the garage, it will be considered a “No Show.”
4.3. In case of a No Show, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover our technician’s time and transportation costs.
Posted Prices Policy
5.1. We believe in transparent pricing and strive to provide our customers with accurate and competitive pricing information.
5.2. Our prices are posted on our website and may be subject to change without prior notice.
5.3. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our posted prices, there may be occasional discrepancies. In such cases, we will inform you of any changes before proceeding with the service.
5.4 in the event that we provide a quote prior to booking and upon arrival you decide not to proceed, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover our technician’s time and transportation costs.
Limitation of Liability
6.1. We will make every reasonable effort to provide high-quality service and resolve any issues promptly.
6.2. However, we shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or any products or parts provided by us.
6.3. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service or repair in question.
